Compared with the single glazing of traditional full-polished glazed tiles, its glaze layer is thicker and the color development is more uniform, making the surface color more smooth and the transition more natural.
It undergoes a second firing at a constant high temperature of 1180 degrees Celsius, which effectively eliminates the water ripple phenomenon of traditional ceramic tiles, makes the products harder and flatter, and presents a perfect mirror effect.
Superior Physical Properties
High Hardness: The surface hardness can reach level 5 - 6, which is much harder than marble ceramic tiles. This is due to the use of a fusion of diamond particles in the porcelain glaze during the production process and other reasons, enabling it to have good wear resistance and not being easily scratched.
Good Flatness: During the production process, a hard-polishing mold is used for polishing, and special treatment is carried out on the edges, so that its flatness is close to that of polished tiles, solving the problem of water marks appearing on the glaze layer of ordinary polished glazed tiles. It can even be used for seamless paving.
Strong Anti-fouling Property: The mature double-firing super-crystalline technology makes the diamond tile body harder, its physical properties more stable, and it is less likely to absorb dirt. Coupled with the unique 360-degree glazing technology, the product can achieve comprehensive anti-fouling in all directions, completely eliminating the dirt absorption phenomenon of the product and keeping it clean even after long-term use.
