1. Do you supply sample service?
--Yes sure. We can produce samples according to your requests, and the samples cost will be 100% refunded after the bulk order, but the transportation freight is at the customer's expense.

2. How about your sample lead time?
--7 working days if the items are in stock. It takes 10-15 working days for customized item.

3. How about your mass production lead time?
-- 7 working days if the items are in stock. 40-50 days if customized.

4. How's the common package?
--Flat packing/KD. Standard export carton + corner hard board + Ply-foam + EPE Foam.

5. Can you do the customized logo/package ?
--Yes sure. Your logo can be printed or laser engraved at the products;
We provide custom packaging including shrink wrap, white box, color box, brown box, and you can print your images and marks on the boxes.

6. What material do you use?
-- Mostly: birch plywood / solid pine wood / MDF. It's acceptable if you want other materials.

7. What's your furniture moisture content?

8. How do you guarantee the quality of your product ?
1) Before mass production, we will provide the samples for confirmation by express or photos via email.
2) Before shipping, you can have a professional 3rd party inspection agent to inspect the goods. If not, clear mass production photos will e sent to you for approval before payment and shipment.
3) Alibaba Trust assurance order are welcomed if we are new for you.
