Q1: Is it possible to get a free sample from you?
A:Free sample can be offered freely to the customers, but the sample fee will be charged firstly then will be refund in the order  the customer released.

Q2: Are you supplying standard size for doors or customized products?
A: Both are available,our standard size is 2100X900X150
We also supply customized product for a lot of end customers, developers,and builders.Kindly send size to our shop assistant and your requirement, we will give you preferred plan for choosing.

Q3: What about your packages of wooden doors?
A: We are using foam and kraft paper packing for finished products. The door frame, the door leaf and the cover will be packed separately.

Q4: What is the guarantee of your products if i buy from your shop?
A: Our products are guaranteed for ten years under non-human circumstances.

Q5: How long is the production lead time once i paid?
A: Usually T/T 30%-50% deposit to start production, the balance paid before shipping.Lead time about 30-40 days.

Q6: What if you send me the wrong doors that i can not fix with them?
A: Shop drawings should be sent to you for final conformation before production.However, if we send you the wrong products, we will replace you with new one freely.
