Manufacturing Technique
Shenzhen Dragon Glass laminated glass is using super flat & spotless tempering machines to guarantee the flatness and uniformity of toughened glass, and then with using pre-press process, with trictly controlling the process making sure no overstep occurs, then put into the autoclave, under high pressure and high temperature for about 6 hours. Thus making the lamination permanently bond together. Below is brief view of our production process. Anti slip treatment is processed by acid-etched or ceramic frit process.

1, Consider your purpose: Do you need to view more clearly of the downside, like from higher place have an eagle eye on the ground? If yes, the more clearer of the glass, the better, choosing ultra clear laminated glass floor will be better for you!
2, Consider human traffic: The more human traffic, the thicker you should choose for the laminated glass floor. Usually for home or villa use, three layers of 8mm or 10mm toughened glass together will PVB will be enough. But if you are using the laminated glass floor for bridge or where many people might stand on it simultaneously, more layers of glass even SGP interlayers will be taken into consideration.
3, Consider your anti-slip options: there are acid etched method and ceramic frit methods to fulfil your anti-slip pattern design. For dot or bar etc, acid etched will be enough. If you need more complicated design, ceramic fritting process will be a better choice.
4, Consider your budget: Of course the thicker of laminate glass floor, the safer. But it does not mean the thicker, the better choice. When glass is too thick, It will be too heavy to be easily installed. Let alone it will infect the building structural design as well.
