Rider Glass – 6.38-42.3mm AS/NZS2208:1996 12mm Laminated Glass Panel
Two or more layers of clear float glass "sandwiched" together with a clear PVB interlayer, laminated glass is the one glass that reconciles the aesthetic benefits of glass with a genuine concern for safety; offering superior protection against glass breakage, as well as harmful solar rays and hazardous noise levels.
Due to the adhesive properties of the PVB, Rider takes careful precautions to prevent unwanted particles from attaching to the PVB during the adhesion process.

Toughened Glass
Considering the characteristics of tempered glass, glass size should be confirmed before making production. Once tempered glass size is confirmed, tempered glass can not be made mechanical treatment any more, otherwise, it will be broken. If breakage occurs the glass breaks up into small, cubical fragments, which are not threatening to humans.
FEATURES:
1. 5 times harder than ordinary float glass, stronger resistance to thermal breakage than annealed or heat strengthened glass.
2. Once breakage occurs, the glass disintegrates into small cubical fragments, which are relatively harmless to human body.
3. It withstands abrupt temperature change of 220 Centigrade.
4. Sizes are produced as per customer request. Once tempered, it can not be cut down.

Q. What is your payment term ?
A: Our payment term is T/T 30% in advance ,70% after get the copy of B/L .If your glass quantity is less, we want to TT 100% . You can payment By T/T, L/C at sight.
Q. Can you supply a free samples ?
A: yes, if you want us to provide big size sample according to your requirements, you should pay the cost of production.
