Insulated Glass:
Insulated glass is made of two or more galss panels,bonded with spacer bar filled with desiccant and sealed with buytl sealant, and silicone sealant to create closed insulated space.
Our inslualted glass use the freshest LOW-E glass produced by own coating line. Advance BYSTRONIC IGU line have automatic decoating, cleaning,bonding,argon filling, and sealing function to guarantee the glass quality. Triple insulsted glass and online argon-filled glass are also avalible.
Insulated glass is widely used in curtain walls, residential & commercial building, freezer doors and other thermal insulation field.
At Glorious Future, insulating glass units are double sealed with a primary seal of polyisobutylene and a secondary seal of silicone. To provide a hermetically sealed and dehydrated space, the glass plies are separated by a desiccant-filled spacer with three bent corners and one keyed-soldered corner or four bent corners and one straight butyl injected zinc plated steel straight key joint. The desiccant absorbs the insulating glass unit's internal moisture.
