Laminated glass with sgp polished edge and tempered
Laminated glass is produced by high temperature and high pressure to stick one or more interlayers of PVB or SGP between two or more pieces of glass.
The laminating line contain industrial air conditioner and cleaning systems to creat constant temperature & humidity,clean environment.Forced convection heating technology ensure the uniform temperature,high adhesion and reduce the bubble and delamination possibility effecitvely.

Our forced convection laminating line is the most advanced line for safety laminated and bulletproof glass production,including automatic loading part,cleaning part,laminating part,squeezing machine and unloading parts.Forced convection heating and independment roller squeezer ensure the high production speed and best squeezing quality.
