DESCRIPTION
There are generally tow types of Glass Facade and Curtain Wall.
One is Spider Frameless System, the other one is Aluminum Profile Frames System.
RAW GLASS: Float Glass, Reflective Glass , Low-E Glass , Patterned Glass, Frosted Glass and other Decorative Glass.
PROCESSING: Tempered Glass, Insulated Glass, Laminated Glass as well as drilled with holes and cut with notches.
GLASS FABRICATING
Noval Glass Tempered Glass, also known as Toughened Glass, Safety Glass, is a heat toughened safety glass. It under goes a special heat treatment to provide significant increase of resistance to mechanical and thermal stresses than conventional annealed glass. When the glass breaks, it fragments safely into small pieces with dulled edges.
Noval Glass Laminated Glass is made up of two or more sheets of glass bonded together with a clear or colored polyvinyl Butyral (PVB) interlayer. After the plastic has been placed between the glass sheets, the whole assembly is subjected to heat and pressure. This results in the complete adhesion of the vinyl and the glass. In the event of breakage, the glass fragments remain bonded to the PVB. If the glass breaks, the fragments of glass are held in place by the PVB interlayer(s).
NOVAL GLASS Double Glazing Unit (DGU), also known as Insulated Glass Unit(IGU) Double Glazing Glass, Insulating Glass, Insulated Glass and Hollow Glass, is made by two or more layers of Low-E Glass, clear or tinted Reflective Glass or normal clear or tinted Float Glass. The space between the glasses is field with air or argon and sealed with sealants and aluminum spacers. Normally, the glass layer is tempered or laminated to ensure safety.

Spider ( for Tension Rod, Tension Cable and Fin Glass), Connector, Routel, Struct, Tension Cable, Tension Rod and so on.
MATERIAL:
For Cast Stainless Steel, the standard material is CF8M. Also regular supply of CN3MN.
For Non-CAst Stainless Steel, the standard material is 316. Also regular supply of 2205.
Currently we can only supply the Glass Panel and Glazing Unit for this cartain wall system.
However we are working hard to get the aluminum profile come soon.
U PROFILE GLASS
U profiled glass, known as U Glass, Channel Glass, is a relatively new type of building material. Its name originated from a cross-section view of 'U' shape. U profiled glass is produced from mixed batch materials mainly consist of silica sand. Before turning into salable glass, the material has gone through multiple process-melting, forming, annealing and cutting.
