Heat Soaked Glass
Nickle sulfide interfused during float glass production will change the crystal formation when tempering,the incomplete change will cause spontaneous breakage.Heat soak test heat the tempered glass to 290℃±10℃ and holding a period of time to promote thoroughly crystal phase transformation.Heat soak test is the best way to solve spontaneous breakage.
