Need architectural planning and design 2. the land area is 100*80 square meters, on the coast, we will demolish the old building and build a 7 storey, plan 200-400 rooms, the rooms will have sea view resort hotel. it's a tourist hub, The historic grounds of Ghana then Gold Coast. 3. The the Hotel will have a modern style with historic touch. 4. The total project budget is $40,000,000.
