Design Description:
I need Architecture Schematic Design for 1800 ㎡ Restaurant in Lusaka, Zambia. My total budget is $200k for the building only Approximate Design budget:500-1000$ I want 2 floors. The land area will be 900 sqm. I haven't got the land yet. I would like the design cost first cos where I live there's plenty land for sale so that's not a problem. If I know what I can afford in terms of the building then I can make the necessary adjustments to my budget. It's the First time to build a restaurant but I have owned a restaurant before so I am in hospitality. Design details: I need Trendy family friendly casual dining restaurant with kid's play area. Serving up classic and contemporary versions of all time favourites such as burgers, fries, pizzas, shakes with the addition of a la carte meals featuring various grills - steaks, dry aged steaks, beef fillet, pork sirloin, chicken and a selection of fresh water fish and sea fish. The restaurant will include a bar wit attractive lighting and modern equipment for premium cocktails. In the kitchen there will a focus on consistency and efficiency with the aid of technology and modern equipment such as pressure steamers, icombi ovens, induction stovetops, blast chillers, speed ovens, ivario 2 plus, various veg and meat processing tools for food prep and mise en plus. Operations will include a bakery and patisserie component as well as catering and banqueting facilities therefore separate areas for mixing, proofing, baking, cake decorating including large granite or stainless steel work benches are a must.
