i have a old house ,i want to renovation ,this is a colonial building Structure cannot be changed, Since it’s a colonial building, we cannot change the structure without the governments approval. so i want to redesign the bed rooms ,and living room and kitchen . i want to redesign this villa some like luxury ,then i renting out ,i need change the Lighting, carpets furniture wallpaper and so on . i need rendering ,and BOQ. i have reference design style at the attachment . my Total budget is 40k to 50 k$,only for the design maybe 500$
