Design Description:
We need to remodel a 50 room hotel according to Tryp by Wyndham guidelines. The buildings have already existed. We're part of the leadership team. This will be a property of 50 rooms from the brand Tryp by Wyndham, a 3.5 star hotel in the caribbean. Total floor area is 1000 sqm. 50 rooms are separated in 3 buildings: 2 buildings have 2 floors; 1 building have 1 floor. We are right now on the design phase. Our design budget is 5000$. Pls give us suggestions because this is the first time we do this kind of project. We have the brand guidelines and the hotel layout but no specific plans. Can we give you that and you design interior ? Pls checked the attached for detailed info. We need to put the lobby in the ocean front part and place the 50 rooms with Pool between the two buildings.
