I would like to design my hotel, need interior design now. Project Overview • Location: Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh • Land Area: 3.5 acres • Hotel Specifications: • 60 rooms • 5 floors • Building size: 100 feet x 80 feet • Additional Facilities: • 15,000 sq ft banquet hall • 80,000 sq ft retail shops • Standard: 4-star hotel Hotel Construction Details The hotel building will be a 5-story structure measuring 100 feet x 80 feet, which provides ample space for 60 rooms. For a 4-star hotel, the average room size should be between 300-400 square feet (28-38 square meters), excluding the bathroom. This will ensure comfortable accommodations for guests while meeting 4-star standards. 4-Star Hotel Requirements To meet 4-star hotel standards, the following amenities and services should be included: • 24-hour front desk and room service • Concierge service • Valet parking • On-site restaurant serving meals throughout the day • Bar or lounge area • Fitness center • Swimming pool • Business center • High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property • Air conditioning in all rooms and public areas • In-room amenities such as minibar, safe, and high-quality toiletries.
