I would like to design my hotel, need architectural design now.

Hotel Construction Details
The hotel building will be a 5-story structure measuring 100 x 80 sq ft, which provides ample space for 60 rooms. For a 4-star hotel, the average room size should be between 300-400 square feet (28-38 square meters), excluding the bathroom. This will ensure comfortable accommodations for guests while meeting 4-star standards.
4-Star Hotel Requirements
To meet 4-star hotel standards, the following amenities and services should be included:

• On-site restaurant serving meals throughout the day

It's in pre-concept design and initial Master plan stage, already get land permission, and i have the site plan,60% of land we can utilize and 40% must be open to sky.
