Design Description:
We are renovating an existing bouitique hotel / shopping complex in Kathmandu, Nepal. The project comprises of many small existing buildings. The 33 hotel rooms are in the existing building. As part of the works, we are also building one new building of about 5000 sq. ft. plate area x 3 floors. The ground floor will be the hotel reception + banquet hall. The first floor will be an All Day Dining Restaurant (with indoor and outdoor seating) and the Second floor will be a wellness center comprising of a spa, gym, beauty parlour etc. Total project is about 100,000 sq. ft. New building alone is about 15000 feet. we have the floor plans in Autocad and also sketchup drawings. We need design assistance in the interior design. We are interested the designers from Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, China, etc
