Land is 8100m². 2 acres. Remove 15% of that for skeptic tank, driveway and small playground. Divide the rest into smaller parcels to build free standing single family homes.14 units of apartment. Each with a building footprint of between 150 to 180m². Each with a 3 bed 2.5 bath and open plan lounge, kitchen and dining floor plan. No car garage but we will install a 2 car carport. We want a rendering of what they will look like. We have a design element of red face brick, large glass window and black roof idea. Ideal to raise a family or down size to. I want the apartment like the reference picture I attached. Not copy this exactly, but use it as a reference.
