Design Description:
A sustainable holiday homes project of 7 houses. 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms single units in a Gated community. Building materials are wood, pvc boards, stone, thatch roofing and other materials from the environment. Cement use will be reduced to control carbon footprint. The units are targeted at retirees and people seeking an out of town peaceful holiday destination. Each unit comes with a fitted kitchen or kitchenette with modern amenities in both the homes and entire community. The community has a security entry post and installed security features to maximise safety of residents. A management software is needed for the seamless management of the facility and for staff training. The homes are for both sale and rental purposes with rental going from short to long stay periods. The community has a shopping center and modern amenities that make them comfortable as if they were in the capital city. Each unit has a self owned swimming pool, outdoor grill and outdoor sitting area. Greenery and trees dominate the community landscape with well curated driveways and parking spaces.
