The project was designed for the Riyadh Municipality Mayor , it was designed for his own needs. The meeting room and offices was taken from other designed buildings for the Municipality.

Ground Floor plan, composed of Offices, Reception Lounge and Toilets.
The first floor is obviously made for the meetings and the Mayor main office.
